Founded in 1990, we initially provided our customers with Contract Engineering Services. As we identified a distinct market for small to medium sized turnkey automation, we began to design, manufacture and implement semi- and fully automatic assembly machinery in fields such as Automotive Assembly and Testing, Packaging, Medical Devices, Electronic Assembly and Testing, Plastic Film Production, and the Food and Beverage sector.

We recognized the necessity to transfer the supply of time sensitive and high quality machined components from outside vendors to controllable in-house manufacturing. As our machine and welding shop increased capacity, we began to offer contract components manufacturing to customers beyond our automation clientele.

With our Aerospace AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management System in place, we have added quality assurance procedures to our manufacturing processes that ensure consistent efficiency, the highest quality, and timely delivery to our customers. Today, the main segment of OMNITECH’s business activities is the field of high end components manufacturing. We serve well recognized customers in the Aerospace, Defense and Civil Nuclear Industries.
